Return Policy

Please note that flatbackstuds.com accepts returns of unworn & undamaged product for full refund within 14 days of your product arriving at your shipping location, by note of the shipment tracking. Refunds will be promptly issued for all returns within 3-5 business days of your return being processed.

Important Notes:

• To begin processing a return you are required to email support team at support@flatbackstuds.com with your order number. Orders returned without emailing support will not be refunded (we will do our best to contact you to confirm a exchange vs refund).
• Returns not shipped to us within 14 days will not receive a refund.
• Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided.
